What we collect

Only what we need: name, contact details, province, membership answers, age verification result (yes/no and date; ID images are not kept), event bookings, and consent records.

Special personal information

Membership of a naturist community may be considered special personal information. We process it only with your explicit, specific and informed consent.

How we use it

To vet applications, manage membership and events, and keep members safe. We never sell or share member data with sponsors or advertisers.

Security and retention

Encrypted storage, restricted access, data minimisation, and deletion when no longer needed or on request.

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your information and withdraw consent at any time by contacting the Information Officer. You may complain to the Information Regulator.
